For our demo products, a refund is not possible if the service has been fully rendered. However, once you switch to a monthly subscription, you may request a refund or an adjustment for the last month's payment at any time. If a refund is requested, you will waive your rights to use all media and any products bearing intellectual property rights provided to you during that month.

Upon the completion of your third month of subscription, you will be sent our SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) contract, which secures your right to company shares. On December 31, 2025, the total Mixamind expenses of all our customers to date will be calculated and made available for audit. Our 20% equity stake will be distributed fairly among our partners based on the ratio of your company's and your referred companies' total Mixamind expenses to the total expenses of all customers. This entire process will be overseen by an independent auditing firm. No single company will be gifted more than 1% of the total shares.
